Last Week to Make Hotel Reservations

The deadline for obtaining the convention rate for hotel rooms at the Sheraton Bloomington is this week.

Poetry Contest

Details of the convention's poetry contest, open only to those registered for the convention, are posted under the "Winning Opportunities" segment of the "Convention" category of this website.

Food Shelf Contributions

At the convention, a collectiion will be made of nonperishable food items for contribution to duly accredited food shelves.

Caps & T-Shirts for Charity

Do you have unneeded T-shirts or caps that you have won and are willing to donate to a good cause?

At the convention we will collect caps and T-Shirts for donation to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure for distribution to cancer survivors.

Cut-Off at #600

Although there is no limit on the number who can register and there are plenty of hotel rooms, it is necessary to establish a fixed number in ordering special items such as Tee shirts, gift bags, literature etc.

The first 600 to register are guaranteed the full set of these items, but those who register after #600 will not necessarily receive them.

Lucky 21

Every 21st person to register will receive a prize, to be awarded at the convention.
